hello - another newbie to CD

Hello everyone! I have just completed my 1st week on CD and lost 6lb. Not bad considering I had to eat food at the weekend because I couldn't eat the flavours of food packs I had left! This week I am fully stocked with the shakes I can drink and am on a mission to lose another 6lb!!!

Any tips would be very appreciated!!! :)

Week 2 weigh in

well done. I am new too. Well done on your loss and getting through Week 1! I am on day 14 of the CD and got weighed a day earlier as my CDC couldn't see me tomorrow but I am pleased the scales are going down.

I'm still figuring out how to use the forum as I am a bit of a technophobe but getting better. I am also impatient because I can see the weight loss on the scales but nowhere else! Having said that my size 16 jeans don't fit uncomfortably tight so must be losing it from somewhere! The main think is I feel in control of what I am eating (drinking as I am having shakes/soup only). I am trying to focus on how I will be with food once I introduce. You know, the head stuff of why I eat when I am stressed etc. Best thing about this I have proved to myself that I do have will power and there is no reason I should not be able to exert this when I do finally have food!

Started at 10st 12
Week 1 10st 5 - 7 pound loss:)
Week 2 10st 2 - 3 pounds loss (CDC weighed day earlier):)
