Hello! Another Newbie

Hi Guys,

My name's Katie, I'm 24 and from Bournemouth!

I want to lose about 2 stone to get back to how I used to be before I went to uni etc.

I'm type 1 Diabetic, so all the extra insulin doesn't really help.

I'm not very good at sticking to 'diets', but then I haven't tried very hard in the past. I have just joined Weight Watchers' online, so I am determined to concentrate and try really hard with this. Thought i'd join up here for some extra support.
