I thought I'd pop my head around the minimins door and introduce myself.

I'm a mummy of three and this is day two of sole source for me. And so far so good.

I have seven and a half stone to lose , and I know it is possible, as I have lost about this amount a few years ago. But have since put it all back on. My fault really as I didn't move up the plans as I shouid've.

I cheated alot last time and it showed, I have to do this 100% this time or nothing.

Looking forward to reading more about you guys and I am sure I'll get all the support I'll need.

I have about 6 stone in total to lose but my initial goal is 4, so we will probably finish around the same time.
