    breakfast 2 weetabix 150ml milk (to use with coffees too)
    blueberries
    banana
    carrot and cumin soup
    mcdonalds chicken and spiced onion taster wrap (no idea of syn value!)
    rice with vegetables
    butternut squash and lentil curry
    toffee muller yoghurt
