I've come across this site a few times while searching for diet related stuff and thought I should join!

I'm following food optimising online with Slimming World and have just lost my first stone as at todays weigh in so I'm a bit boingy:D

Have a few more stone to go to get to my goal but I am determined to do it this time.

Definitely. I'd be more than happy with that. Have you found it easy to follow? I'd like to lose about 3 stone by our hols in July. Hope that's do-able. Still have bit more to go but that's my goal for now
I'm doing the extra easy and have found it really simple. I prefer it to the red/green days as I don't like to think of any food as off limits. As long as you remember to fill 1/3 of your plate with salad or veg at each meal it's a doddle.
