Hello Everyone!

    Every Monday I think I'll start a new diet and by about lunchtime I have failed. Today my manager bought in cakes as a thanks for hard work, then somehow I ended up having a Big Mac for tea. Not a good start.
    I intend to rejoin Slimming World next week, this will get Easter out of the way and I will have been paid so when I do my big shop I can plan my meals properly.
    I have around 2.5 stone to lose.
    I have started going to a rumba class and amazon have just confirmed my Pilates DVD is on the way.
