Right here Ia m, trying WW for the first time. Working on 27pro points a day and hoping to lose 2 stone. I think the most difficult thing I will do is working out points of food!

So far today I have had 28g of sainsburys shredded wheats(4pp), 1 cup of semi skimmed milk. Omlette made with mushrooms, 1 tomato, one egg, mixed herbs, salt and pepper 2pp
and one sainsburys wafer chocolate bar. (3pp)


Just about to make some baked egg custards for later :] and tonight I am having sausage chips and mushy peas :D

Hi there! I'm a WW newbie and have already lost 9.5lbs in two weeks. Having done SW in the past, propoints was totally new to me but I'm starting to get my head around them now and know the points for 'essentials' eg bread, milk, cereal, cheese etc. I'm on 27 PPs too and as long as you plan well which you seem to be doing, and bulk your meals with 0PP veg you won't feel hungry or deprived of your favourite foods/treats - in fact I struggle to eat all my dailies let alone the 49 weeklies!
