I have done SW many times over the years and after pilling on a few stone over the last few months decided to give one last shot.
I am doing in online which means I don't have the support of the group so I am hoping that I will meet some great people on here to share our good times and :) the bad bits too.

Hiya! I have just started back SW too and will be starting back the classes tomorrow. I have done it at home for the past 3 weeks and lost 5lbs, but feel I need the physical motivation of standing on those scales in class and being told I have lost to give me that extra push! Good luck!
