Hello fellow slimmers n shapers!

Just wanted to say hello to everyone... I started the Slim Fast diet yesterday and so far so good.
I need to lose at least 1st 7lb in the next 12 weeks... my third baby boy is now 4 months old so no excuse for not getting into dieting properly!!
I did Slim Fast after my second baby boy and it worked wonders so fingers crossed... will be nice to be able to have a chat with some of you when the cravings start kicking in and I need some support. Cant wait to chat! Rach.
