Hello - first timer!

Hi all,

I'm brand new to the forum and to SW. I've joined the BodyOptimise website and I'm now hoping to lose lots and lots of weight.

I work full time as well as being a part time student and I volunteer on Friday nights so I didn't have the time (or confidence) to join a group.

I love gadgets (Apple products rule), make up (MAC, Lily Lolo, Urban Decay, etc), shopping, handbags, perfume, bath products and seeing the wonders of the world.

I'm really determined to make this work and I have stones and stones to lose so I'm in it for the long haul. I did my first SW day yesterday on EE and am also doing EE today. I think it's recommended that I do EE for the first week.

I'm a vegetarian that loves to cook so I'm hoping to find some lovely recipes around here.

I'm brand new to this site too, like you I am dieting without a group (other than this if you can count it) and currently have 7 stones to lose. Good luck with your weight loss.

Thank you to you both. I am not ready to say out loud how much I need to lose or how much I weigh :( I am full of determination though. Good luck to you both.

I got myself a flan dish today to make all these lovely egg flans and quiches (what's the difference?).
