Hello from a newbie!!! :)

I just wanted to say hi and introduce myself! I am Anne and recently started SW to avoid piling on the pounds as I am 12 weeks pregnant! I am new to SW but so far I am enjoying it. I am doing it at home with the help of a book a friend gave me, a cookbook I bought and this forum - so I suspect I will be here a lot for advice and tips, LOL!

Congratulations on the expected baby and welcome to the forum. Have not been in your position myself but if I remember correctly pregnant ladies need to have more healthy extra a's to make sure they get the calcium needed. Hopefully someone else will be able to advise further. Good luck.
Welcome to the forums! I am new here myself and loving it so far! Keep telling my girlfriend about all these recipes I have seen and what great ideas I have for evening meals - think it is really going to help us with sticking to it and succeeding :D
Hi, I'm new here too. Congrats on the baby :D I lost 3 stone with SW before I had my 2 babies and then fell off the wagon, I wish I'd stayed with it :rolleyes: well done for making the decision now to keep it under control!
As vanda said, you need extra healthy extras,I too aren't sure how many, sorry I'm no help.
