Hello all im claire I have been doing LL for a few months and have lost 2 stones:):) it's been hard ive had my up's and down's, but have another 2 stones to go. I have been thinking of changing over to CD.. as it's alot cheaper for me.

My question is would i be likely to lose 23 lbs by ss/ss+ in time for christmas do you think?

    Love Claire:D

I believe the average Cambridge loss is 4lbs a week, so I'd say you could achieve your target. :) However you decide to get there, good luck with it! And welcome, if you're joining us! :)
