Hello! I'm a newbie!

Enough is enough. Woke up this morning to an itchy hip and was shocked whilst scratting that I couldnt feel my hip bone because of the padding of fat. When did this creep up?!
No more excuse of there not being a SW class on the right day or at the right time (but there isnt!) and no more excuse of it being my age or hormones. I have to lose weight but im a sod for losing motivation. Im hoping that signing up here I will meet like minded ladies.
Just not sure which SW group on here to join?
I usually weigh in on a friday
