Hello, I'm new :)

    I thought I'd post to introduce myself, my name is Su and
    I have been dieting for 3 months now but I came to a standstill with my weightloss so I started the cambridge diet on Friday. I'm hoping to loose another 3.5 stone to get to my ideal weight:D

    I'm new to this too. Started the cambridge diet on Friday, and to be honest that was the hardest day for me (headaches and tired), I felt fine over the weekend.

    I'd love to hear any tips or ideas that could help me.

    I'm a bridesmaid in July and would love to look good in my dress!

    Im just over 3 mths in and have lost almost 4 stone, so this diet really works :)

    Yep been drinking sooo much water, haven't stopped going to the loo!

    I've heard you can make muffins and crisps out of the shakes. Is that right?? Not getting on with the soups at all, prefer a chocolate shake!

    Thank you for your replies, it's nice to have support from those in a similar situation.
    I was feeling quite grumpy and tired on my diet prior to starting cd, I think that was partly to do with the fact the fact I wasn't seeing any results. I feel really good since I've started cd- so hopefully I'll continue to do so, I can't wait to start loosing the pounds:)

    lol, I'm thinking about setting up camp in the bathroom, but then think of all the calories I'll burn off running up and down the stairs!

    hiya su, the toilet thing gets better really!!
    I am 14 weeks in and can hold 2 litres without needing to dash to loo now LOL
    In 14 weeks I am 6 lbs off losing 7 stones, I love this diet!!
