Hello all! Hope you're all well :)

I'm fairly new to WW only joined about 4weeks ago. Not doing as well as I thought and need a bigg push to motivate myself! Losing 1lb on average and this is even though I'm tracking and going to the gym three times a week (at least) for an hour or more! Some words of wisdom needed please! Got around 4 stone to lose!! Arggh!

Do you use your weeklies at all that could make the difference, some people find they lose more by not eating them others find they lose when they eat them all so you could do the opposite of what you are doing now and see if that makes a difference for next week.

Also are you sure you are tracking everything correctly, if you want you could put you daily eating up here and we can have a look and give you any tips.

Its so hard when you are trying and its not showing on the scales, but hopefully by playing around with it a bit you will get bigger losses again.
