    Hello everyone :wavey:

    I'm starting CD again very soon after losing almost 3 stones last year. Sadly I've put ALL of it back on again (I have a lovely boyfriend who I met last year - unfortunately we're both very greedy and have been cooking huge meals, hence the weight gain). I also think I need to see CD through to the end properly - last time Sole Source was brilliant for me but as soon as food came back into the equation I struggled. Anyway, hi again and thanks for reading. :)

    I worry that I'll do exactly the same (put it all back on) so I'm determined to work up through the plans and begin to understand my personal issues with food.
    Like you say seeing Cd through to the end will hopefully make a difference.
