    weight watchers pro points
    Never used MiniMins before and just downloaded the iPhone app, so will see how it goes!

    I'm on the weight watchers pro points plan and its a bit hit and miss at the moment. I lose one week and then gain the next. I weighed in on Monday and am actually back to my starting weight :(

    Healthy eating with calorie/amount watch and exercise.everything in moderation.

    Are you keeping a food diary? And using weekly as well as daily propoints?

    Suggest you start a food diary thread and/or a diary thread in the WW section for support.

    Hi littlepip, I also had the hit and miss trouble with pro points so I have gone back to the old system. I got really frustrated on pro points. There were some weeks when I only used my dailys and no weeklies and gained weight????? I hope your going ok.
