Hi everyone I'm starting again for what feels like the hundredth time. Doing Cambridge with ActiDerm wraps and hydro slim in my water on day feel ok. Any extra help of advice defiantly appreciated xxx

Do thoes actiderm wraps work...............somebody on my FB does them...............theres also meant to be an actidiet as well? Just curious xx

Iv heard the wraps are great. They are from Actiderm. They have their own Facebook page as does actidiet im finding this easier going than the cambridge as iv beenon and off that for years.
