Hi, I'm doing Patrick Holfords low GL diet at the momment am new to it but its all about controlling carbs which I'm quite new too, so any help would be appreciated to. I was doing SW diet but does not seem to agree with me am so fed up with my weight I have started my own diet in the members only section to so feel free to comment with advice there too, hope you are doing ok? X
