hello ww'ers!

i joined ww on monday and after stopping smoking last year i now have 2 stone to lose :cry:

loving the diet so far, im on points but might switch to the core plan at some point :)

hope i do well with this, i have a habit of getting bored after the first few weeks but i really need to stick at it - especially since summer is on its way...no way do i want to spend another one in big baggy t-shirts :rolleyes:

Welcome to mm's and ww's!

I'm sure you'll have that weight off for the summer ;)

I also have about 2 stone to lose (ideally I'd like to lose 3st, but realistically 2st is my goal).

WW is great because nothing's forbidden, so it's easy to vary your menu so you don't get bored.

I Stopped Smoking 4 Years Ago And Have Put On 3 Stone Argggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
I Also Get Bored After About Week 2 Lol.
Ive Now Got 6 Stone To Loosexxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hiya and welcome. I am sure that you will find weight watchers points the best diet not to get bored on, its great and you can still practically eat whatever you like. Good Luck,this is a great site. Keeps the motivation up. x

im getting on ok so far thanks, have even started the gym yesterday....i really need to lose this extra weight now, i tried on an old pair of jeans size 14 that were too big this time last year and i thought i would easily get into them - not a chance :eek: i was really shocked and ashamed of myself for letting myself go :(


but its not the end of the world and if i continue to be positive i'll get to my goal :)

im not doing kickstart, just doing the 23 points a day ive got for now.....i have a christening coming up in may so i'll give kickstart a try just before then ;)

Sorry guys can you explain what 'Kickstart' is to me....My leader never went through that!!
