I'm only here because I stumbled on a syn free hummus recipe:D and found this amazing forum. I'm Laura mum to 3 young lads, Home educator from Rochester Kent. Always out and about walking, I manged to complete the couch to 5k in Summer and used to run twice weekly, alas asthma has forced m to take a break until the weather improves again. I was 10.8 last year and have sort of stuck at around the Ten stone mark now. I am under 5ft so really 8.5 stone is a healthier weight for me, so started a diet Monday (slimming world) But doing it at home, As I can't afford the groups. I weighed in at 142.6lb , I am a slow looser when on a diet possibly because I'm 40 and as soon as I hit 36 I seemed to have aged over night. Looking to chatting x

This is a lovely forum with lovely people, I enjoy posting here and reading other peoples experiences.

I am 40 this year and do feel too that I dont lose weight as quickly as I used to.
