    hello, one week behind..

    hello Everyone.,

    so - first week behind ....
    i have few questions though:
    ( not going on sole source, started on 790kcl)

    - i do not take cow's milk - is it OK to replace it with skimmed soya?
    - i cant get my head round the fact that i m off oil / walnut oli that i consider healthy and important to women' health

    looking forward to hearing from you, more experiemced :)
