    Hi everyone. Loving this site. I started on the Cambridge Diet SS last Monday. I've picked up lots of useful tips on this site and have kept my focus even though I'm on my second week and I plateaued for 4 days!!!

    Welcome and good luck with your diet.

    Don't worry too much about your weight in the short term, rather have a look at your average for every two weeks and work according to that. That's what I do and it's working better for me.
