Hi to anyone that might remember me and Hi also to anyone who is new.
I lost over 6st with Cambridge however due to many factors including injury and surgery to my leg it now means that I have about 65lbs to lose. I started again on Monday and have already lost 7lbs, but this is mainly fluid in my leg, still it is encouraging and I'm hoping that I will be able to get back to around 150lbs and stick to it this time.
I'm looking forward to seeing all the encouraging posts and seeing how we all shed those pounds.

Welcome back and good luck i started on Monday and so far so good cant wait for the week to be over and get weighed i think seeing a weight loss is good motivation for week 2! :)
