Hi everyone, I joined a year ago but never got my diet going until now so I am back. I started at the end of August and have lost 11lbs so far. This time I am determined to succeed after many years of failing.
Thank you. I am proud so far but it is hard. I stayed the same last week so upped my exercise. I have an underactive thyroid so I assume I am going to lose weight a lot slower. I just need to hang in there this time as I have a long way to go.
