Just wanted to say hi as I'm a newbie here. I am following the old ww plan at home and am hoping to get some great ideas from the forum. I also thought that maybe diet buddys would keep me on track...this time! I have a lot to lose but hey ho!! I am going to do it this time! I lost 9llbs this week (no 1) so fingers crossed for next week..its always much less wk 2!
