Just wanted to say hi as I'm a newbie here. I am following the old ww plan at home and am hoping to get some great ideas from the forum. I also thought that maybe diet buddys would keep me on track...this time! I have a lot to lose :( but hey ho!! I am going to do it this time! I lost 9llbs this week (no 1) so fingers crossed for next week..its always much less wk 2!

Are you new to this Minimins? There are different slimming clubs which have their own forums. Are you doing weight watchers? The help and advice etc. people give you on minimins is great!!
