    Hello Everyone!

    Decided to join as I am at a loss with my dieting!

    I have been trying to lose weight since January in time for my holiday in April but have so far only lost 4 pounds :( I'm not over weight but I have lumps and bumps which i'd love to get rid of.
    I've been doing some exercise dvds a few times a week, I just find it really hard to stop eating hah.

    I need to lose about 10 pounds in 2 weeks (!!!) can any one help me with a sensible way to do this? I need motivation!

    Hi and welcome. Write down everything you are eating and drinking and try to make sensible choices.
