Hi all! I started going to SW meetings last Autumn but work got crazy (yes that old chestnut!) and I stopped going to meetings. However I love the plan and although I am unable to go to meetings at the moment I want to try again myself with you lovely lot as a support network if that is ok? I have recently turned 30 and am finding the weight is slowly creeping up. I am good at cooking meals from fresh (for evening meals) it is the snacking, missing lunch and breakfast and wine drinking that is my downfall. I look forward to sharing and joining in with the forum:)

Hi welcome, ive recently joined too and find this site great, there are loads of recipe ideas on here too. Why not cook your lunch the night before and take it with you? soo many ideas to choose from. Good luck :)
