Hello guys and girls,

I'm a former athlete that has been gaining weight for almost a decade now. Since November 2009 I have started (trying) to lose weight, so far I have lost almost 40 pounds and tried almost every online and offline diet/program/supplement/etc available, really :)

I was glad to find a community such as this one and I am sure I will be a productive member here :)

Well done on losing 40lbs so far, which diet are you going to be doing now, they is a forum section on Minimins for most diets

I am doing the diet solution program right now, (cant link due to low postcount) plus some exercises, mostly from memory plus some workout videos.
