My names Rosie .
I have never really been 'thin' as such , but I'm determined to crack it this year ! I'm off to uni in a year and a bit so theres no time like the present . :D

I've just started using the gym and had the nasty shock that I'm obese (36 BMI) , this is not what you want to be told at any age , let alone 17 . :cry:

Rather than sitting and crying about it (and eating more) , I have put myself together a strict routine of hourly sessions at the gym and a junk free diet , I just need that extra support to keep me motivated and to just check I'm doing things right .

If I could loose a couple of pounds a week , I'd be just so so so happy ! Maybe by June (my birthday) I could even be 'normal' on the BMI ! :eek:
