Hi everyone,

Just joined & wanted to say hi!

I'm currently a week into SW, lost 3.5lbs at my first weigh in. :)

Tried umpteen diets in the past, lost a bit, gave up & piled it all back on. I'm usually a WW fan but decided to try SW, thought a new diet would maybe be the key to sticking to it?

Start weight on 8/11/11 was 15st 1lb
Week 1 on 15/11/11 was 14st 11.5lbs
Goal weight is 10st 11lbs

Only 56.5lbs to go ;)

I have also been a WW fan in the past I joined sw a couple of months ago but had to stop as it was getting expensive.

I am trying to do it myself from home but after a day or so I lose motivation especially as I am on my own at evenings while my fiancé is at work

Well done on your first week, keep up the good work I am starting at the same weight as u and looking to get down to about 10 or 11

well done on first WI!
i've now had two successful weigh ins at slimming world and loving it .
goes to show if you stick to the diet you really can lose weight !
really loving sw can eat so much and not feel guilty

Thanks Ally!

I find it hard having to cook stuff rather than just grab a packet of crisps! So used to just doing that, even on WW! Suppose it's teaching me to make healthier food choices thou :)

Well done on your WI's, what have you lost so far? xxx

6lbs in two weeks which im really pleased with !
considering in that two weeks ive ate chocolate , biscuits, curry two nights out and pizza !!

i've realised that i don't have to have the whole packet of biccys any more and can stop at one (sometimes but did have 4 in one sitting eep)

haha :)
