Hello peeps, I'm back on my weight watcher diet as i've put almost all my weight back on :sigh: no point dwelling on it , time to move on and look forward to buying a lil black dress for next christmas as i'm hoping to have lost a few dress sizes.:) ... I'm doing it myself at the moment as i have by weight watcher books from last year, but i've heard there is a new approach , ca some one tell me what that is please? many thanks xxx


 
I think the new approach is simply that, an approach to triggers etc. Not an actual change to the workings , if that makes sense. Course I could be wrong as I also do mine home alone. Good luck flower, loads of support here.

Love the fact that you gave 49 weekly points to spend as it makes things easier to plan for treats and meals out etc xx
