I'm new here just thought I'd pop in and say hi. :)

I have been overweight since a child and have tried to lose weight so many times throughout my life this seemed like the place for me!

I have a lot of weight to lose, it can get a bit lonely and daunting doing it all by myself. Which is why I've joined in the hopes of finding some support and supporting others as well.

I'm not really following a set plan right now, I'm just cutting out junk, trying to include as many fruit and veg in my diet as possible and reducing portion sizes.

It's working so far and I am down 1st 10lbs :)
 
Hi Kate, WELCOME

You don't need any kind of set plan, it sounds like you're doing all the right things and it's obviously working!! The key is finding something you can stick to... And then it's just a matter of time :)
