New to slimming world, my second weigh in on Monday doing this with two family members but finding it difficult to plan nice meals. Be great to share ideas. We cooked cauliflower pizza last night, wow what a mess and so much preparation.
I am doing Slimming World too, there's probably quite a few meals you already make which can be adjusted slightly (using frylite instead of oil, substituting some ingredients) so they are SW friendly. There's quite a few recipes in the recipes tab in the SW section on here, so that's always good to browse. Once you get into the swing of things it will definitely get easier to plan meals.
