Hi, I've restarted today, did 2 1/2 months 100% ss between June & September 17 but couldn't get back into after a holiday in September, so here I am today - good luck everyone it'll be nice to hear your journeys :)

I’ve been on the CWP for 18 was now(weigh in tomorrow) so far I’ve lost 3st 5lb. I’m loving everything about this new way of eating... and eat I do! I’m on step 3 ( have been from the start) so I have 2 meals as in real food per day, I’ve found that it’s helpped educate me again by making good food choices.
I hope you’re getting on ok, love this site, friends on here are a real source of support.

Wow that's an amazing loss.

Well done, I'm on step 1 so gonna stay on this until March then will think about switching to step 2 but will decide at the time dependent on how much weight I have lost.

I need to lose 6st 2lbs (86lbs) in total so quite a way to go but I can definitely do that this year.

Good morning,
I’ve got another 31/2 stone to loose before I get to goal, but I have tended to set my self small goals, so every time I hit 1stone lighter I’ve worked towards the next stone,I ve found it’s helped me as It doesn’t sound such a big number.
Really hoping to have either landed on 13st at weigh in today or better still to have just gone under, desperate to see the number 12 at the start of 2018o_O

I have set myself loads of mini goals to split it all up, 86lbs seems so much so need to break it down.

I lost just over 2 stone one step 1b last time, on the same again this time so keeping everything crossed for good losses again :)

Mini goals are a really good way to stay motivated x
 
That's great.

I'm hoping to shift all 6st 2lbs this year, mini goals are the way forward! I have loads :p

I posted them on my diary so I can mark them off one by one as I achieve them.

I’ve had a good week but only collected my supplies today and not weighed as hubby been I’ll and did nt want to take germs in to the house. Should see an extra big drop next Monday.

This 60 day challenge is good is nt it, great to see those days crossed off!

Have you had a positive day? I have really focused again now, been trying different foods as been feeling bored since Christmas, not bored with the way I’m changing just the same old grub:confused: but hey oh onwards and upwards .

I'm loving the 60 day challenge.

I'm gonna keep it up after the 60 days but in smaller blocks.

Will just work out how many days in between events that I have planned then stick to it 100% in between.

Actually have loads on through May and June this year! Been worrying a bit about it already but you know what I want to lose the weight but I also want to enjoy spending quality time with my husband, family and friends so I will socialise on and off and I will love it but I want to keep the focus so that in 2018 I finally reach my goal weight.

I have been on and off diets since 2008 I kid you not!! Never once have I reached my goal weight.

When I first started dieting I was 12st 8lbs which now to me I would love to be that weight, I just can't believe that I let myself get to 16st 2lbs!

Been positive since I started Cambridge, I am just in the zone and loving it!

I'm so glad you feel focused again too.

We can do this!
