Hello

Hello everyone, decided to re-start slimming world whilst in lockdown. I didn’t get far with it previously, in part because I travel and eat out a lot for work and a lot of the time it felt like I was fighting a losing battle. Hoping that I can get a good head start while I can control everything I’m eating
Welcome and good luck to you. When you e found your way round here a bit there are some threads for posting a weekly weigh in and a couple of challenges, which are great and I’ve found very helpful.
