    Hello
    I am new and thought i'd just say hello. Started Rosemary Conley diet on Sunday 17th. Lost 4lbs so far, not a bad start. Only another 38lbs to go!!!
    Looking forward to being part of a forum as I am doing this all myself (not going to classes) so it's just myself my scales and a tape measure.

    Dont know much about the diet apart from the chocolate mousses are THE best :)
