    hiya im lisa just thought id say hello im starting on the cambridge diet on friday and hope this forum will help me with my very long journey :D

    your welcome, i woke up at 2 am i have a lot on my nind at the moment so have trouble sleeping

    was on Cambridge diet NOW Weight watchers
    Hi Folks
    Started the CD yesterday and finding it ok so far, only 2 days in but dont feel hungry. I think this diet is defo a mental thing. I thought about it in December but decided i wasnt mentally read (so 1 stone extra and 4 months later) i'm ready to give it my best shot.
    Must say im just going to do the shakes, find them really nice and tasty. I cant bare the soups there vile.
    Not getting weighed until 2 weeks time (due to work commitements) so hoping for a v good WL.
    Have under active thyroid (diagnosed in Nov) and on meds so hoping this doesnt hinder my weight loss attempt.
