    Hi Everyone!

    I've been dieting on and off since the start of the year and need some help to get back into the right frame of mind to get rid of my next stone!

    I have managed to lose 1 stone so far this year through calorie counting. But can't find the movitation or will power to lose the rest! So last week i embarked on a slim fast diet to eliminate the temptation of food!
