Helloooooo!!!!!

    Hiya everyone

    I am undecided about which diet to follow so I am nosing about the boards!!

    I have tried nearly all of them over the years and found excuses with them all!

    I am going on holiday 7 weeks on Wednesday and know if and i mean IF I did cambridge i could loose a load but i find it sooo restrictive! What does anyone think I could expect to loose if I did WW. I am exercising every day for 45 minutes, i alternate one day on my bike and one day in the boxing gym, and boy do i sweat!

    Any help / advice pleeeesssee

    hiya

    in my first 4 weeks i lost 9lbs and that was with very little exercise

    so maybe about 15lbs?

    Hi Helen

    WW losses are usually about 1.5 - 2lbs a week on average. Of course exercise can help up that (as well as help shrink the inches!)

    Of course you're only going to hear good things about WW's here, but for me it's the only diet that not only makes sense, but it's the only one that fits in with my life style!
