Hiya, I'm attempting to follow the slimming world plan, can't get to the groups at the moment or afford the online support so I've been looking online for a forum that can give me the support/help that the groups have done in the past and thus one looks fab do here I am!

My names emma and I'm hoping to lose 5 stone over the next year! I know its a big target but I also know I xan do it!
