I am starting again on Monday so will also be needing support as I go along, I just have to avoid my usual "eat as much as I can as I won't be eating again for months" binge. I can't believe you are managing to stick to it surrounded by all that temptation, bread is my weakness... as are cakes, or pretty much anything that is carb based. So well done. Good news with your first weeks losses as well, you must be really pleased.

Hi i made that mistake got the stuff and weighed on Saturday but was not starting till the Monday eat everything and anything i thought i was going to miss lol managed to put on 2lbs in two days. so you have done this diet before is it easy to put weight back on or do you have to go back to your old habits . You have done it once so i'm sure your be able to do it again . When ever i feel like having something bad i just remember how i feel not being able to wear the clothes i want and how i feel going places uncomfortableble then i remember how good i felt when i was slim . also going on holiday in June so i wanna be happy with the way i look . good luck let me know how you get on.

I know it is so hard not to stuff my face, and with two days left I probably will.

I did put the weight back on, but in fairness it took 6 months to come off and 3 years to go back on and I did go back to my old eating habits after a year or so. My taste buds changed so when I came off the diet I ate more healthily naturally, but once I started sneaking the carbs in it was downhill all the way. This time when I get to goal I think I am going to continue on 1 pack a day so I can get weighed regularly, even if it is only once a month it might help.

It is a brill diet and the only one that has ever worked for me properly.
