Help am i wating too much???

    So far today (day2)

    I've had smoked salmon slice with 2 boiled eggs, apple banana, muller light yoghurt, and some chicken pieces!!

    It'd alot consisting it's not even 12 noon yet!!! I really really want this to work please tell me of am eating too much?

    Meant to be eating to much in title!!! Sorry iPhone does its own thing at times

    looks good.. my first few weeks i ate like a horse made your breakfast look like a snack :D

    itl regulate its self as you get further into the days the full feeling will come :)

    Not to much at all! The weeks I lose most are when I have a full English complete with roasted new potatoes!
