Help!! Are Tea and Coffee Allowed

Hiya everyone,

I'm starting slim fast today for the first time ever.

Just wanted to know if tea and coffee are allowed on the slim fast plan.

Yes but just bear in mind the calories in sugar and the milk

Or why not put slightly less milk in your shakes and use that ? x

Ooh I never thought of that. But having the 4 cups of tea as 1 snack is working for me. It also means I'm having less caffeine as I'm down to 4 cups of tea a day lol
