You'll be grand Bex! Just keep saying over and over again in your the head 'I am resisting because I want to be healthy, happy and fabulous!'

You are stronger than you think and you will be so proud of yourself when you realise that all those nasty, fatty temptations are not temptations at all!

Keep going girl! Your Mummy is so right! They always are!

I worked at Blockbuster for two years & those places are bad for your weight! I'm pretty sure at least a stone of the weight I put on while I was there was purely down to the discounted sweets, drinking fizzy drinks through my shift & the fact that when you finish at 11.30pm, you really just want to curl up in front of a free DVD with some munchies! I'm still in touch with quite a few people who have since stopped working there & pretty much all of them have lost weight since leaving without trying (one lost a stone in a month just because he wasn't buying giant bags of doritos & tubs of ice cream every night...).

Anyway, it's a toughie! But it can be done! I did calorie counting while I was there & lost about two stone, with the help of the gym as well ;-) You're more important than any of the food that's around you & it'll still be there when you finish, tasting exactly the same, but you'll be able to enjoy it looking fantastic!

    Good luck!

    Hannah

Bex, glad you avoided the temptation at work. I had to sit in a restaurant while my friends were eating and I had a fizzy water. I really wanted to eat, not because I was hungry. It was just that I miss the pleasure of eating. Just have to focus on the goal of getting back to how I want to be. Keep strong.
