Help desperatley needed

Hello all

I have been 100% ss until today but i am soooo hungry and it totm. I could chew of my arm. I dont want to give in but i am so so hungry.

I am drinking so much water to try make the hunger go away. Have kept busy all day but am struggling now especially as gotta go cook my family their tea.

Some one slap me and tell me to get a grip :eek:

Hi,Im not going to slap you as i have been where you are so many times,just think how you would feel if you went off the rails,you might not care at the time,but afterwards it is the most awful feeling,i wouldnt wish on anyone,just take it hour by hour,have a read of the 50+reasons to lose weight,look at the inspiration photos,and do a list of all your reasons for starting and finishing the diet,the mind is a powerful tool you can use to your advantage.

Omg I could have wrote that! I am starving hungry today, and I don't like it! Have downed so much water, I slosh..

Look at that goal for March :) How great will you feel when you add that total to your loss so far! ;)

Food really isn't worth it.. do you have a bar that you could chop up as mini chocolates? Maybe sitting with that when watching the tv or something will help? If you're on SS and HAVE to eat... then adding another pack would be the best plan of action..

Other than that cheat out of the green adn white section..

but success will be beating the TOTM without food.. heat pads help for comfort :)

i usually look at pics of clothes i like or i want to be able to wear and think of my hols in july or measure myself to keep the hunger away lol but think mine is bordom so keep busy(easier said than done i know)good luck u can do it,remember that feelin when u go to bed knowing you have achieved something xxx

Thank you all for the support. I went for a long walk, bathed the kids put them to bed had a bath myself and just had my shake and i am feeling bit better.

Not felt this bad since the 1st day i started ss!! lol

Thanks again all of you what would i do without you all.

I'm glad you got through it. Looking back I am sure it seems much better than it was at the time, but it can be difficult to keep that in mind when you're struggling.
You did well to resist!

Well sone on sticking to it!!! I find that watching the inspiration slide show worked for me! It takes sometime to go through the whole thing and is good for the motivation
