i have bought aldi's frozen tropical fruit mix...syn calculator says 3.5 syns per 100gm
also bought aldi's frozen raspberries....again syn calculator says 2 syns per 100gm.

is this correct or am i using the calculator wrong as i thought fresh n frozen fruit was free?

a bit confused on this one.

As long as there are no additives (e.g sugar) with the fruit, then frozen fruits are superfree.
I suspect that the ones that you mention are - I'm sure that I've seen these mentioned on this site before.
    Hope this helps.
