HELP!!! going to Frankie and Bennys in an hour and don't know what to have!!!!!!

was going to have steak but friend just said there's loads of syns in them?? I'm doin EE and went ages ago and had gammon steaks with jacket but don't fancy that tonight....any suggestions....my eating out guide doesn't list Frankie And Bennys :-(

I would have a steak and ask them to grill or use no oil when fried - plain baked potato and side salad xx

Agree with above about asking the steak to be cooked without oil.... Or have flexi syns.
I always have flexi syns when I eat out as it is so rare I do that I prefer to enjoy the little great and not have to worry about what I'm eating.
