help good exercises for toning my belly ?

    does any one know of some good exercises i can do to tone up my belly and under arms i am losing the weight fast :Dand need some toning exercises i can do at home also after loosing my second chin i got loose skin under my chin :sigh:is there any thing i can do about this area? thanks

    The plank is good for toning your tum. It is a yoga posture - google it:)

    Plank and tricep dips done on a step. For the chin, press your tongue hard against the top of your mouth and open and close your mouth. (I'd do this in private! :p)
