Just stick with it hun, thats all you can do... keep positve thoughts, breathe in and out and repeat to yourself I can do this.. If you are craving food think of it with hair from a barbers shop scattered all over it, dandruff and all, and the odd fag but for good measure, the craving will go very soon.. drink your water and stick with it, you know you will feel better in a few days, thats all it takes.. a lifetime of being overweight can be sorted in just a few days when you get back into the swing of things... xxxx

Almost every single person that has tried restarting has found it an awful lot harder than the first time around. However, there are people that have done it. You just need to keep focused on your goal. Keep distracted with a book, DVD, bath, trip to the cinema or nice drive. Pamper yourself and don't forget to set mini goal. And I mean mini goals - eg 1)Make it through the first day 2)Make it through the 2nd day 3)Make it through the third day. Reward yourself in little ways for each goal achieved, be it a new moisturiser or a new hair do. Meet up with friends for coffee and try to stop thinking about it as a diet. Remember, the food will always be there when we finish this diet and then we can enjoy it in a modified manner. You can do this babe, just gotta keep your head in the game. Make a virtual wardrobe out of clothes you like online and keep looking at them when you feel down. Get hold of an unflattering picture of yourself and look at it when you feel like caving or even better strip down and take a good long hard look at yourself naked in a full-length mirror - that makes me want to stick to the diet lol

    Good luck!

restarting is a lot lot harder than the first time round!... I think its just because you know already how horrible the first week is gonna be and first time round you dont know what to expect so theres an element of excitement ther! I found it hard to restart... but I guess you just need to focus... I just kept thinking of my goal and one day I just got through it without even thinking of cheating.
    Hope your good xx

Hun hang in there. Another reason I think it is harder to restart is coz your body knows what is coming now so puts up more of a fight!!!

    Good luck.
